By visiting our official website (zentic.in), accessing our interactive Project Cost Estimator, logging into client or administrative portals, or executing any Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) with us, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an employer, company, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these commitments.

ZENTIC Technologies Private Limited operates under a dual operational framework:

To engage our services or register for client portals, you must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into binding legal contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting requirements, job applications, or project quotations.

Calculations generated via our interactive online Cost Estimator tool provide preliminary budgetary estimates based on selected modules (e.g. user authentication, payment gateways, custom admin panels, notification engines).

• Preliminary quotes generated online remain valid for 30 calendar days.
• Final project cost, scope of deliverables, and milestones are confirmed upon technical scoping and founder review in the client portal.
• Third-party costs (Apple Developer account, Google Play Console fees, custom domain purchases, SMS/email gateway usage) are client responsibilities unless explicitly packaged in writing.

For standard web platforms and mobile MVP engagements, ZENTIC operates on an aggressive 12 Business Days Target SLA from milestone advance verification to production demo:

• Days 01–03: Technical scoping, UI wireframes, relational database modeling, and environment provisioning.
• Days 04–08: Full-stack development, API integrations, authentication, and core business workflow engineering.
• Days 09–10: Rigorous cross-browser testing, device responsiveness, security audits, and QA sign-off.
• Days 11–12: Client walkthrough demo, production cloud hosting, DNS configuration, and live project launch.

*Delivery SLA timeline is contingent on timely provision of necessary client brand assets, copywriting, and feedback approvals.

Both parties agree to treat all trade secrets, business specifications, proprietary source code, database credentials, and commercial terms exchanged during engagement as strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose such confidential materials without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Client projects deployed under ZENTIC-managed cloud architecture are engineered with high availability, SSL encryption, automated backups, and a target 99.8% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

ZENTIC warrants that delivered software solutions will perform in substantial conformity with agreed technical specifications for a period of 30 calendar days post-deployment (Warranty Period). During this window, critical bugs or regressions will be remediated at zero additional engineering cost.

Except as expressly set forth herein, all services and website features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZENTIC Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In all circumstances, ZENTIC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to any project engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client to ZENTIC for the specific service under dispute in the preceding 6 months.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach upon 14 business days' written notice if such breach remains uncured.

Because custom software engineering allocates dedicated development sprints, senior engineering hours, and cloud provisioning upon receipt of the 40% advance, advance payments are strictly non-refundable once sprint development has commenced.

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceeding, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or ZENTIC software services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
